The Company is seeking a strategic partner to accomplish the following:
• Complete the expansion into the Company’s planned San Diego County market.
• Recruit experienced personnel to provide additional marketing, development and ongoing support to expand services into other targeted regions of the country.
• Implement the Company’s advertising plan first, locally and then to support its expansion into other markets.
The Company currently offers pre-paid cards, bill payment, check cashing and other services. Furthermore, because iFastPay is built on a robust, dynamic hardware and software platform, other financial and non-financial products can be added in a seamless and scalable fashion.
